Cupcakes are quickly becoming popular for weddings, bridal showers and birthday parties. This past summer we had the pleasure of creating cupcakes for multiple weddings and events. For the wedding pictured above we did a combination of petite and classic cupcakes in chocolate, coconut, lemon and chocolate peanut butter. On the top tier we did a colossal cupcake for the bride and groom's ceremonial "cupcake" cutting.Our classic size cupcakes is our medium size cupcake. For events we suggest calculating 1 to 1.5 classic size cupcakes per person. Our petite cupcakes are a two bite treat and we suggest calculating 2 to 3 cupcakes per person. The more flavors you have the more likely that people will eat more than just one.
